He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Poplaski and Blanche Zwiercan Poplaski; his son Daniel; and his siblings, Joseph Poplaski, Florence Catelotti, Allene Ferrell, Priscilla Paterson and Miriam McClune.
He is survived by: his wife Laura N. Talbot; his sons, Donald J. Poplaski, Jr. (Beverly) of Greensboro, NC, Dennis Poplaski of Pittsfield, Dean Poplaski (Cathy) of Wilmington, NC and Darryl Poplaski (Shelley) of Pittsfield; and his brothers, Larry Poplaski of Lake Havasu, AZ and Eugene Poplaski (Jane) of Greer, SC.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to "Hospice Care in the Berkshires" and mailed to the funeral home at 40 Maplewood Ave. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
