He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oliver and Virginia Oliver (Silvia); his wife Anne O'Neill; and his siblings, Joseph Oliver, Evelyn Valadas and Mary Oliver.
He is survived by: his son Daniel E. Oliver (Karen Breen-Oliver) of Cheshire. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
