He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Quadrozzi and Philomena Quadrozzi (Carnevale); and his siblings, Thomas, Frank, Richard, Gloria and Jean.

He is survived by: his wife Nora; his sons, Kevin, Jeffrey and David; his grandchildren, Erin, Cameron, Liam and Owen; and his pets, Boomer, Brandy and Chance.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Donald's heart.
