He was predeceased by: his father Irving Tanzman; and his stepmother Gail Tanzman. He is survived by: his mother Melinda Tanzman; his stepfather Burton Shapiro; his daughter Kaitlin Collins; his granddaughter Alexis Taylor; his siblings, Beth, George and Jayson Tanzman; and his stepbrothers, Andrew, Loren Shapiro and Colin Barney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in the care of the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home.
