He is survived by: his wife Holly; and his siblings, Carl "Smokey" Ketchum, Debby Cooper (John), Allen Burt Ketchum (Jean), Paul N. Ketchum (Tete), Henry Ketchum, Suzan Wood (Billy) and Stephen Ketchum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires or Berkshire Humane Society in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA.
