With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Cooke (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 3, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; his parent-in-law Anthony; and his sister-in-law Emily Sangiovanni. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, David S. Cooke of Gulf Breeze, Anthony A. Cooke of Pittsfield and Trisha M. Cooke; his grandsons, Patrick, Andrew, Christopher of Florida and Malcolm Bowen of California; his sister Christine McGinniss of Swarthmore, PA; his children, Christine Marque, Suzy Boyer and Joseph McGinniss; and also van.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to a local charity of their choice.
