He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sullivan and Eleanor McKenna Sullivan; and his son David Sullivan. He is survived by: his close friend Jane F. Reusche of Pittsfield; his siblings, Michael, John, Patrick Sullivan and Anne Lloyd; his children, Nathan D. Sullivan (Bridgette) of Swanzey, NH, Daniel C. Sullivan, Jr. of Pittsfield, Sarah Sullivan-Pratt (Charles) of Lanesborough, MA and Rachel Sullivan (Ahmed Abdelsamad) of Revere, MA.; and the mother of his children MaryLou Matheson of LaFargeville, NY.. He is also survived by Six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Lung Association in care of the funeral home.
