He was predeceased by: his parent Ronald Lewis; and his sister-in-law Becky Dufur. He is survived by: his parent Edna Kelly Lewis; his wife Lynda Bouchard Lewis; his son Adam M. Lewis of Pittsfield; his siblings, Michael R. Lewis (Gail) of Dalton and Karen M. Kelley (Jim) of Berkshire; his grandchildren, Cade, Wyatt, Oren, Kaleb and Amelia; his parents-in-law, Lois Bouchard of Stephentown and Joseph Bouchard of Stephentown; his siblings-in-law, Dawn Bouchard of Stephentown, Joseph E. Bouchard and Dana Dufur; and also Denise LePage.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA in care of the Devanny-Condron Funeral Home which has been entrusted with his care.
