She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Francis Kushi; her significant other Timothy Rattigan; and her nephew Thomas Joseph. She is survived by: her mother Ellen Buckley Kushi; and her siblings, Terence Kushi (Donna), Kelly Buckley (Brian) and Kristen Kushi (Paul Callahan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
