III; his nephew Ryan; his godson Matthew of Fairhaven; his brother Andrew (Marybeth); his godson Luke; his niece Stella of Norwood; his sister Emily Manz (Thomas); his niece Lucie of Walpole; his godson Sean Collins of Lenox; his aunt Donna Stack of Mendham, NJ.; and his uncle William Stack of Mendham, NJ.. He is also survived by many cousins and a wealth of friends.
