He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmello Provenzano and Antoinette Bilotta Provenzano; his wife Carol Provenzano of Pittsfield; his children, Tracy A. Deeds (David) of Jonesboro, AR and David C. Provenzano (Stephanie) of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Peter Provenzano of Canaan, NY, Elena Mara (Bill) of Pittsfield and Carmen A. Garivaltis (Chuck) of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Mary Deeds, Sarah Cullison, Ian Brown and Logan Sheppard; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Brown and Adelina Sheppard; and his siblings, John Provenzano and Marie Costello. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in-law and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Kidney Foundation in care of the funeral home.
