He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosetta Bright Davis and John Davis; and his sister Glenda Davis. He is survived by: his wife Ola Gillyard-Davis of Pittsfield; his children, Carly Hair (Robert), Kaleena Gillyard-West, Phoenix Hanger, Rosetta Daley and Charles Allen Davis Jr.; and his brothers, John, Walter Bruce (Kelly), Glen, Kenneth Eric Ringgold (Julie) and Harvey Ringgold. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and several step-siblings.
