He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allessio and Josephine Librizzi Allessio; and his brother Thomas M. Allessio. He is survived by: his former wife Maureen M. O'Neil; his wife Maureen Allessio; his sons, Marc A. Allessio (Candy) of Pittsfield and Michael A. Allessio of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Tierra, Alex, Lauren, Bryson and Jackson; his brothers, Philip J. Allessio of Plainfield, MA and David P. Allessio of Springfield, MA; and his brother-in-law John O'Neil (Hulda) of Pittsfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Sisters of St. Joseph in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
