We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 62, Carla Marie Marquis of Pittsfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carla has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Murk and Carol Bradford Murk; her son Matthew R. Marquis of Pittsfield; and her grandchildren, Lylah and Landon Marquis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mount Carmel care center in care of the funeral home.
