She is survived by: her parents, Steven Kazimierczak and Jeanine Pettijohn; her daughters, Alanna, Amelia and Ariel; her brothers, Adam Pettijohn, Michael Preston, Stefen Jr. and Santino Kazimierczak; and her aunts, Rachel Pettijohn and Jean Kazimierczak. She is also survived by her great aunts, cousins and friends.
