He was predeceased by: his parent Carl C.. He is survived by: his parent Frances J. Alexander Phillips; and his siblings, Carl C. Phillips, Jr., Jeffrey L. Phillips, Fredrick M. Phillips, Mark A. Phillips and Sallie A. Doerle of Pittsfield. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in order to help the family defray the funeral expenses.
