She is survived by: her father Steven Fones, Sr.; her husband Kevin Hamilton; her children, Patrick John and Jordyn Rose; and her siblings, Steven Fones, Jr., Kevin Fones, Amber Tucker, Leeann Ball, Angela Streeter and Megan Brogan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
