It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Ann Heidel of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dorman and Irene Fortier Dorman; her husband Jerrold E. Heidel; her children, Nancy A. Heidel and David R. Heidel; and her sister Sandra Legge (Bella).
She is survived by: her daughter Carol H. Pray (Scott W. Pray) of Rehoboth, MA; her grandchildren, Kathryn L Pray of Providence, RI and Zachary E Pray of South Boston, MA.; and her parents-in-law, Phillip, Frances Heidel of Pittsfield, Richard, Melinda Heidel of Boca Raton, FL, Lewis and Maureen Heidel of Las Cruces. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
We deeply appreciate the efforts of Fran and Phil Heidel to deliver weekly Sunday dinner to Bev, especially during the Covid peaks.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Beverly's memory may be made to the American Lung Association in care of the funeral home.
