She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Howard Sr. and Margaret Novak Howard; her husband Donald K. Ellsworth, Sr.; and her son Donald K. Ellsworth, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, David K. Ellsworth of Pittsfield, Douglas K. Ellsworth of Pittsfield and Darrell K. Ellsworth of Adams.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Berkshire Humane Society in care of Dery Funeral Home.
