She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Walton and Sarah Mae Adams Walton; and her siblings, Harry A. Walton, Daisy W. Smith and Ruth W. Gaudette Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Simmons; her daughters, Barbara Simmons Mills, Claudia Shuttleworth (Larry) and Melissa Simmons Campbell (Donald); her grandchildren, Justin Mills, Lacey Mills, Brenda Wieczynski (Buck) and Cindy Shuttleworth; and her great grandchildren, Landon Wieczynski, Zarina Mills, Rayon Shuttleworth, Raylein Shuttleworth and Shaelynn Robinson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
