He was predeceased by: his grandfather Edward G. Grzelak; his great-grandparent Florence McCann; and his cousin Joseph W. Massey. He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie J. Grzelak of Pittsfield and Frederick D. Grzelak of Chicopee, MA; his sisters, Samantha M. Grzelak of Pittsfield and Bryanna E. M. Grzelak; and his grandparents, Thelma Schofield of Pittsfield, Robert Leveille of Chicopee and Shirley Grzelak of Chicopee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
