He is survived by: his spouse Mary "Jo" Belisonzi DeCandia; his children, Arthur DeCandia Jr., Gregory DeCandia, MD and Stephanie DeCandia; and his siblings, Joseph, Beatrice Piercy (Ray), Phyllis Tedesco and Anna Marie Cohen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Greylock Activities Fund, 1000 North Street Pittsfield, MA 01201.
