He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stefano Bartolotta and Anna Bartolotta (Mancini); his wife Iola M. Bartolotta (Esposito); his son Michael J. Bartolotta of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Christine Bartolotta, James Bartolotta, Stephani Bartolotta and Mat Green; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jaezsa, Giahbella, Giovolo, Gemma, Willow, Ella and Annie; his sister-in-law Anna Esposito; his son Stephen A. Bartolotta; and his sister Mary Spagnuolo. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
