We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, at the age of 61, Anthony Xavier O'Neil Farrell (Pittsfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J Farrell Jr. and Elizabeth "Bettye" Farrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Estes (Ken) of Cornelius and Chris of Pittsfield; and his aunt Aileen Lane of Pittsfield.

Instead, he asked that memorial donations be made in his name to the American Cancer Society in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. Donations CANNOT be made online, but may be made through the Dwyer Funeral Home.
