She was predeceased by: her husband Dante; and her parents, Teofil Sadlowski and Teofila Sadlowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Chris Frenier and Karen Hassett (Joe) of Audubon, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Jamie Frenier of Tucson, Bryan Hassett (Elizabeth) of Pottstown, Meredith Hassett of San Francisco and Cole Hassett of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; and her great grandchildren, Sydney (Arizona), Hayley and Graham (Pennsylvania). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Berkshire Place or Hospice Care of the Berkshires in Anne's honor.
