She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Danylieko and Mary Iwaszko Danylieko; her husband Chester J. Uliasz; and her siblings, Nellie Christopher, Catherine Deloye, William, John and Wilfred Danylieko.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Susan), Ronald (Janice) and Gary (Karen); her grandchildren, Brian, Steven, Sean Uliasz, Heidi Scammons, Nicole Esposito and Jennifer Leadbeater; and her brother Nicholas Danyleiko. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA.
