She was predeceased by: her parents, James McGuigan and Ellen Harbinson McGuigan; her husband Aldo S. Polastri; her daughter Mary L. Walk; and her siblings, James McGuigan and Cathleen Furey.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila A. LaBarbera of Pittsfield, Stephen J. Polastri (Christin) of Pittsfield, Paul A. Polastri (Rebecca) of Pittsfield and Jennifer A. Charron (Dennis) of Lakeville, MN.; her grandchildren, Taylor Walk, Erin Walk, Thomas Walk of Devon, PA, Macy Polastri of Pittsfield, Ryan Polastri of Pittsfield and Maxwell Polastri of Pittsfield; her son-in-law Karl Walk of Devon, PA.; and her siblings, Patricia Stone (Wendell), Eileen Trumbell and John McGuigan.
