He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin F. Barrett and Sarah J. Lancaster Barrett (Lancaster); and his brother John H. Barrett. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Al (Barrett); his sibling-in-law Mohammed of Kuwait; his siblings, Helena Barrett of Pittsfield and James Barrett (Gina); his sister-in-law Kathy Barrett of Pittsfield; and his friend Kim Shaw of Pittsfield. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and mailed to Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
