He was predeceased by: his mother Darrilyn Kern Alfonso Hover; and his brother Ian Welch. He is survived by: his father Frank Alfonso; his children, Mason Alfonso and Mia Alfonso; his siblings, Frank Alfonso (Sarah) and Kristalyn Alfonso; and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Evan, Taylee and Raelyn.
