With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A. (Courteau) Best (Petersham, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Courteau and Dorothy Courteau; her husband Robert Best; her son Raymond Best; her grandson Raymond Scott; and her close friend Milton Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Scott (Cye) of Petersham, Scott Best of Petersham, Barbara Best and Elaine Best of Winchendon; her grandchildren, Jason, Amanda Scott of Petersham, Derek and Shawn Martin of Winchendon; and her sisters, Pat Beland of Dudley and Diane Niford of Worcester.
In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of Carol Best be made to the Petersham Congregational Church, CIF Fund, P.O. Box 183, Petersham, MA 01366.
