Balboni; his children, Arnold Starr Jr., Melanie Marshall, Jaime Florence, Justin Starr and Sara Starr; his grandchildren, Arnold Starr III, Ericka Starr-Celley, Elijah Florence, Kayden Grierson, Arielle Grierson and Nathan Starr; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Celley, Dahlia Celley, Arnold Starr IV and Amelia Starr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close in laws.
