He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myrtle MacNevin (Collier) and Edward MacNevin; his brother Lieutenant James E. MacNevin; his wife Joanne (Campbell); his sons, Stephen (Jeanne) and Christopher (Itta); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Aidan and Emerson.
