He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holt, Sr. and Rhoda Holt (Brooks). He is survived by: his wife Marsha A. Holt (Donovan); his sons, Sean Holt (Stacey) of Kingston and Timothy Holt (Kathy) of Raynham; his grandchildren, Matthew, Connor, Meaghan, Mackenzie and Sean, Jr.; and his brother Richard Holt (Sarah) of Newbury, NH..
