She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Cook; her parents, Albert Vachon and Mabel Vachon; her brothers, Richard, Carlton and Albert Vachon; and her sister-in-law Barbara Garant (Al) of Fall River.
She is survived by: her sisters, Janice Backgren (Carl) and Ruth Kilbey (Charles); her children, Thomas Cook (Kathryn) of Moorestown, NJ, Patrice Cook (Terrance Maloney) of Middleborough and Janice Leonard (Stuart) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Timothy (Ashley), Nicholas, Andrew, Caroline Cook, Kimberly Pinkham (Rodney) and Eric Leonard; her great grandchild Mira Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Vachon (Cappucci) of Woburn, MA, Penelope Fife (late Charles) of South Carolina, Robert Cook (late Eleanor) of Swansea and Marilyn Joynt (Gerald) of Somerset. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
