He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Sweeney (Caruso) and James Sweeney; and his siblings, James Sweeney and Pauline Johnston. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Fafel (Mark), Kathleen Smith (Jay), Patricia Nichols (Thomas), Michael Sweeney and Daniel Sweeney (Tracie); and his friend Cheryl Santos. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
