He is survived by: his significant other Barbara (Hartley); his children, Thomas "Tom" Jr. (Erika), Julie (Lance Kennedy) and Jennifer (Travis DiJoseph); his grandchildren, Thomas "Tommy" III, Abigail, Erik, Noah and Sofia; his siblings, George (Janet) and Judy; his mother-in-law Jean Hartley of Randolph; and his siblings-in-law, Christine (Tia), Nancy, Steve Walenski, Paul, Kathy Hartley, Jim and Tara Hartley.
