He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Evans (Hilson) and Ralph "Chip" Evans; his wife Maria V. Evans; his children, Katya S. Evans of Pembroke, Kelly S. Evans of Pembroke and Julia G. Evans of Pembroke; and his brothers, Paul Evans (Ginny) of North Carolina, Billy Evans of Gloucester and Kenny Evans (Christine) of Hanover. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
