He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Simmons of Pembroke; his daughter Erika; his son-in-law Tyler Gold of Marshfield; his son Robert B. Simmons of Quincy; his grandson Matthew; his daughter-in-law Erin Simmons of San Antonio, TX.; his grandchildren, Reagan, Wyatt Gold of Marshfield and Sig Simmons of San Antonio; his sister Barbara Kelly of Naples, FL; and his brother-in-law Joseph Callahan of Rockland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
