He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sullivan and Rose Margret Sullivan Paine (Scannell). He is survived by: his wife Donna Sullivan (Fraser); and his children, Michael H. Sullivan (Kristin), Kathleen R. Sullivan, Kevin J. Sullivan Jr. and Joseph T. Sullivan.
