He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Kurtz O'Brien; and his parents, Cornelius "Neil" O'Brien and Marguerite O'Brien (Moran). He is survived by: his children, Kevin P. O'Brien II (Rebecca) and Taryn Casagrande (Michael) of Rockland; and his granddaughter Noelle Casagrande.
