She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Matthew Proctor; her parents, Thomas Joseph Higgins and Julia Higgins (Sullivan) of Roxbury; and her siblings, Thomas Joseph Jr. of Milford, Edward Lawrence of North Kingstown, RI, Mary Theresa, Kathleen Josephine Rooney and Richard Andrew of Roxbury.
She is survived by: her children, George of Pembroke, Richard of Marshfield, Donald (Lisa) of Plymouth, Joseph (Kristine) of Pembroke and Susan of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Joey Jr. (Nicole), Kayla (Christopher), Jonathan (Tasha), Ricky Jr. Chelsey (Heather), Sherri, Sheyla, Victoria, Jenna (Meghan), Joshua and Donald Jr.; and her great grandchildren, James, Daizi, Tuc, Luke, Johnathan, Selina, Cameron, Landon, Christopher Jr. (CJ), Annistyn, Bryson, Mackenzie (Kenzi), Aubrey, Nathan, Chase and Zahara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
