He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent S. Fulmine and Mary Louise Fulmine (O'Neil); and his brother Neil V. Fulmine. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fulmine (Jefferson); and his sons, Eugene B. Fulmine, Jr., Michael J. Fulmine and Steven A. Fulmine (Carla).
