Polvere, Jr. and Susan Polvere Hayes; his sister Concetta Polvere Kumph; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jereme, Samantha, Anthony and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Eddie, Ethan and Chloe.
