He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Palmer, and Dominic Palmer, Sr.; his son Steven; and his sister Phyllis Wahlberg. He is survived by: his wife Jill M O'Brien of Quincy; his children, Nick and Elspeth Palmer of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Caroline, John and Margaret; his children, Matt, Niki Palmer of Coeur and Alene; his grandchildren, Lindsay and Lauren; his children, Mark and Ana Palmer of The Woodlands, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie and Taylor; his children, Dan Palmer of Waverly, OH and Teresa Burt of Rockland, MA; his grandson Noah; and his sister Nancy Traverse of Spring, TX.. He is also survived by his family, being blessed with eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
