We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2018, Deborah M. Sylva (Pembroke, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Patricia A. McGovern; and her parent Milton Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Amy Sylva of Pembroke and Jason Sylva (Susy Jackson) of New York City; her brother Milton E. Johnson (Maura) of Burlington; her parent Mabel Johnson (Buckley); and her grandchildren, Mazie Sylva and Harrison Sylva. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family asks that donations in lieu of flowers be sent to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Volunteer Services, 330 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215, or the Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless, 149 Bishops Highway, Kingston MA 02364.
