She is survived by: her brother John; her children, Kelly and Sean; her brother Kevin (Peggy Foley); her sister-in-law Connie Foley; her children-in-law, Jenny Greenfield and Michael Buonocore; and her grandchildren, Colin and Wyatt.

After a long fifteen year battle with Alzheimers, Claire finally succumbed at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.
