He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marie Donovan, Ruth Thomas, Helen Putney, Sebastian Howell, Louis Howell, Thomas Howell, Michael Howell, Fredrick Howell and Jack Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Howell of Wakefield; his children, Nancy Howell of Wakefield and William E. Howell Jr. of Saugus; and his friend Bill. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spinelli's Function Facility (10 Newbury St, Peabody, MA 01960). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Veterans Administration National Cemetery.
