William Joseph Culbert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2024, at the age of 87, William Joseph Culbert of Peabody, Massachusetts, born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Culbert and Mary Culbert (Langlois); and his brother Robert Culbert of Dover, MA. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Culbert (Hendrickson) of Peabody; his children, William Culbert of Randolph, Veronica Mehigan (James) of Phippsburg, ME, Laura Culbert-Epison (Jerry) of Manchester, NH and Christopher Culbert of Fountain, CO; his stepdaughter Heidi Caswell (Jeremy) of Lady Lake, FL.; and his siblings, Mary Conlon of Milford, MA, Patricia Mulcahy (Kevin) of Quincy, MA and Charles Culbert of Marshfield, MA.. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Bill was employed for many years as a Senior Liaison Officer for the MIT Industrial Liaison Program, where, he was honored for his contributions to technology transfer, resulting in the development of some of the world's cutting edge scientific breakthroughs.
