She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham Garnick; her parents, Clara Covitz (Fooks) and Hyman Covitz; and her aunt Mildred Fooks. She is survived by: her siblings, Wesley Covitz, Bennett Covitz and Lisa Tetreault; her children, Brian Garnick (Sue), Andrea Dodge (Nick), Amy Dalton (Ken) and Melissa Johnson (Carl); and her grandchildren, Isaac, Jeremy, Betsy, Alex, Andrew and Catherine.
