He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Gold and Israel Gold of Revere; and his daughter Robyn Banks (Gold). He is survived by: his wife Louise Gold (Guarino); his child Teeann Baetzel (Ronald Baetzel); his grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Banks, Courtney Banks and Janelle Baetzel; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence, Lauren Guarino, Steven, Janet Feldman (Guarino) and Cyndy Fitzpatrick (Guarino). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
